Everything Must Go

Everything must go,

Liquidation, final sale.

The owner would like to go on

To pursue more lucrative ventures,

And occupy a space worth looking at.

The owner wishes to possess curves that accent the silhouette,

Instead of curves that seem bulky and ill-fitting

And a trunk that is made up of muscle,

Not dead weight.

After lengthy consideration,

The owner has decided that these pieces

Are much too sentimental to part with.

But most importantly,

They are her, and she is them.

With more love, work, and care,

And without a critical mind,

She can shape them into what she desires to be.

These pieces were made for her, after all.
